Unitlogi Global Privacy Policy
Version 1.0 | Last updated: 2 August 2026
1. About This Global Privacy Policy
This Global Privacy Policy explains how INTECH HERITAGE LLC - FZ ("Intech Heritage", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, discloses, stores and protects Personal Data in connection with the Unitlogi website, application and related business communications. In this Policy, "Personal Data" means information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.
This Policy applies to visitors to the Unitlogi website, prospective and current Customers, and Authorised Users. It also explains our role when Customers use Unitlogi to process Personal Data relating to their own clients, prospects, property owners or other business contacts.
Unitlogi is provided exclusively for business and professional use by independent real estate brokers, real estate teams and real estate agencies. It is not intended for personal, family or household use, or for use by children.
This Policy should be read together with the Unitlogi Global Terms of Service and, where applicable, the Unitlogi Global Data Processing Agreement. When Intech Heritage processes Personal Data contained in Customer Data on behalf of a Customer, that processing is governed by the Global Data Processing Agreement.
This Policy may be supplemented by a regional or jurisdiction-specific privacy notice where required by applicable law. Any supplemental notice applies only to the relevant processing and prevails over this Policy only to the extent required by that law.
2. Who We Are and Our Data Protection Roles
Unitlogi is operated by INTECH HERITAGE LLC - FZ, a company incorporated in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under commercial licence No. 2528442.01.
Depending on the context, Intech Heritage acts either as a Controller or as a Processor of Personal Data. A Controller determines why and how Personal Data is processed. A Processor processes Personal Data on behalf of, and under the instructions of, a Controller.
Intech Heritage acts as an independent Controller for Personal Data processed for its own business and service operations, including website administration, Account administration, authentication, billing coordination, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, corporate records, direct communications, and internal operational, usage, performance and cost monitoring.
When a Customer enters, uploads or otherwise submits Personal Data relating to its clients, prospects, property owners or other business contacts through Unitlogi ("Customer Personal Data"), the Customer acts as the Controller and Intech Heritage acts as its Processor. This processing is governed by the Unitlogi Global Data Processing Agreement.
The Customer remains responsible for providing any privacy notices required for its own data subjects and for responding to their requests. Individuals wishing to exercise rights concerning Customer Personal Data should normally contact the relevant Customer directly. If Intech Heritage receives such a request, it will, where legally permitted, refer it to the relevant Customer and assist that Customer as required by applicable law and the Global Data Processing Agreement. Intech Heritage will not respond substantively on the Customer’s behalf unless instructed by the Customer or required by law.
3. Personal Data We Collect and Its Sources
We collect only the Personal Data reasonably necessary to operate Unitlogi, manage our professional relationship with Customers and Authorised Users, respond to communications, and protect our services.
The categories of Personal Data we may collect include:
3.1 Application Account Information
When an individual creates or uses a Unitlogi Account, we may collect their name, email address and telephone number, together with the Account identifiers, authentication information, permissions, Account settings and Subscription information necessary to provide and secure the Account.
Application Account information marked as required is contractually necessary to create, authenticate and administer the Account. If it is not provided, we may be unable to create or maintain access to Unitlogi.
3.2 Website Communications
When an individual uses the contact form on the Unitlogi website, we collect their name, email address, message and any other Personal Data they voluntarily include in that message.
Use of the public website contact form is voluntary.
3.3 Subscription and Billing Information
We may process billing contact details, billing address, tax or invoicing information, the selected Subscription, payment status and transaction records. Payment-card details must be provided directly to the applicable payment provider or Merchant of Record and are not intended to be stored in Unitlogi.
3.4 Technical and Usage Information
We may collect technical, operational, security and usage information generated through access to Unitlogi, including authentication events, activity records, device and browser information, interaction metrics, error information, service performance and infrastructure usage associated with an Account or Authorised User.
3.5 Customer Personal Data
Customers determine which Personal Data they submit to Unitlogi. Customer Personal Data may include:
a. names, contact details and professional or relationship information;
b. property requirements, preferences, budgets and search criteria;
c. interactions, communications, notes, tasks and opportunities;
d. property information linked to an identifiable individual;
e. documents, files, photographs, videos and other uploaded content;
f. information contained in authorised PDF, Excel or CSV imports; and
g. matching results, summaries or other Unitlogi outputs relating to an identifiable individual.
We may receive Personal Data directly from the individual, from a Customer or Account administrator, automatically through the use of the website or application, or from an authorised payment provider or Merchant of Record in connection with a Subscription.
Unitlogi is not intended to process medical information, biometric data, criminal records, payment-card details, financial-account credentials, government identification documents, information concerning children or other specially protected information, unless Intech Heritage has expressly authorised the relevant category in writing and appropriate safeguards have been agreed.
4. How and Why We Use Personal Data
Where Intech Heritage acts as a Controller, we may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
4.1 Providing Unitlogi and Managing Accounts
To review access requests, create and administer Accounts, authenticate users, provide enabled features, manage Subscriptions, provide support and communicate about the service.
Depending on the relationship and applicable law, this processing is based on taking steps requested before entering into a contract, performing our agreement with the Customer, or our legitimate interest in providing Unitlogi to authorised professional users.
4.2 Responding to Website Communications
To review and respond to access requests, product questions, support requests, feedback, partnership enquiries and other messages submitted through the Unitlogi website.
This processing is based on taking steps requested before entering into a contract or our legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries.
4.3 Managing Subscriptions and Billing
To administer Subscriptions, coordinate payments, maintain transaction records, issue or support invoices and receipts, manage payment disputes, and comply with applicable tax and accounting requirements.
This processing is based on the performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, or our legitimate interest in administering payments and business records.
4.4 Operating, Securing and Improving the Service
To maintain Unitlogi, protect Accounts and Personal Data, authenticate access, prevent fraud and misuse, troubleshoot errors, investigate security incidents, monitor service performance and infrastructure usage, and analyse how Unitlogi can be improved.
This processing is based on the performance of our agreement, compliance with applicable legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in operating a secure, reliable and effective business service.
4.5 Service Communications and Feedback
We may use email addresses to send Account, authentication, billing, security, support and other service-related communications, and to make occasional requests for feedback about Unitlogi. Non-essential feedback requests may be declined at any time by contacting us.
We do not use telephone numbers for advertising, promotional calls or commercial messages.
4.6 Legal Compliance and Claims
To comply with applicable laws, respond to lawful requests from competent authorities, maintain required corporate and legal records, enforce our agreements, and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
This processing is based on compliance with legal obligations and our legitimate interest in protecting our legal rights and business.
4.7 Consent and Applicable Legal Grounds
Where applicable law requires consent for a specific optional processing activity, we will request that consent separately. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting processing carried out lawfully before withdrawal.
We rely on legitimate interests only where those interests are not overridden by the individual’s rights and freedoms. Where applicable law does not recognise a legal basis described above, we will rely on another lawful ground permitted by that law.
When Intech Heritage processes Customer Personal Data as a Processor, it does so only to provide, operate, secure and support Unitlogi, follow the Customer’s documented instructions, and perform the activities authorised by the Global Data Processing Agreement. The Customer remains responsible for determining the lawful basis for that processing.
5. Customer Data, Matching and AI Features
5.1 Customer Control
Customers determine which Customer Personal Data they submit to Unitlogi and how they use the enabled features. Intech Heritage processes that data only in accordance with the Customer’s documented instructions, the Global Data Processing Agreement and applicable law.
5.2 Matching
Unitlogi may calculate a matching percentage between a contact’s property requirements and available properties. This percentage is generated through programmed criteria, rules and weightings applied to information entered or selected by the Customer. It is not generated by artificial intelligence or a generative AI model.
Matching results are organisational and decision-support indicators only. Their relevance depends on the quality, completeness and accuracy of the information provided by the Customer. They do not replace the Customer’s professional judgement or verification and are not used by Unitlogi to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects concerning an individual.
5.3 Separate AI Features
Certain separate Unitlogi features may use artificial intelligence to assist with tasks such as structuring imported information, preparing property descriptions, generating internal profile summaries or assisting with interactions.
Unitlogi does not transmit Customer Personal Data to an external generative AI model. Before information is submitted to an external AI provider, programmed controls are applied to remove Personal Data and minimise the information transmitted.
Only non-personal or irreversibly anonymised information may be submitted to an external AI model. If a function cannot be performed without transmitting Customer Personal Data, that function will not be enabled for the affected information.
5.4 AI Outputs and Model Training
Customer Data, prompts and AI Outputs are not used by Intech Heritage or an external AI provider to train, fine-tune or independently improve a general-purpose or third-party artificial intelligence model.
An AI Output stored in Unitlogi forms part of Customer Data and remains subject to the Customer’s instructions and the applicable retention and deletion rules.
AI Outputs may contain errors, omissions, unsuitable wording or incorrect inferences. Customers must review and verify them before use. Matching results and AI Outputs do not constitute legal, financial, tax, investment, property-valuation or other professional advice and must not be used as the sole basis for a decision producing legal or similarly significant effects concerning an individual.
5.5 Prohibited Uses
Intech Heritage does not:
a. sell Customer Personal Data;
b. disclose Customer Personal Data for third-party advertising;
c. use Customer Personal Data to create unrelated commercial profiles;
d. use Customer Personal Data for its own independent marketing; or
e. use Customer Personal Data to develop an unrelated product or service.
A Customer’s name, logo or testimonial may be used publicly only with that Customer’s prior, specific written or electronic authorisation.
Intech Heritage may use aggregated or irreversibly anonymised information for statistics, service improvement and business analysis only where it can no longer reasonably identify a Customer, an Authorised User or another individual. We will not attempt to re-identify that information.
6. Service Providers and Data Disclosures
Intech Heritage discloses Personal Data only where reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, where directed by a Customer, or where required by law.
6.1 Application Infrastructure
Unitlogi uses Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL and its authorised AWS services to provide cloud infrastructure, application hosting, API services, database services, object storage, authentication through AWS Cognito, backups, networking and security.
AWS processes Customer Personal Data only as necessary to provide and support Unitlogi under the applicable contractual and data-protection arrangements. Amazon Bedrock does not receive Customer Personal Data for AI inference.
6.2 Public Website Hosting
The public Unitlogi website is hosted through Hostinger. Hostinger may process information necessary to deliver and secure the website and provide its contact-form functionality.
Hostinger is not used to host the Unitlogi application or the Customer Personal Data stored within the application.
6.3 Payments and Billing
Payments may be handled by the payment provider, reseller or Merchant of Record identified during checkout. That provider may process billing details, payment-card information, transaction information, taxes, invoices, refunds and payment disputes under its own applicable terms and privacy notice.
Intech Heritage receives only the billing and transaction information reasonably necessary to manage the Subscription and its business records.
6.4 Authorised Personnel and Professional Advisers
Personal Data may be accessed by Intech Heritage directors, authorised technical personnel, contractors or support personnel only where their duties reasonably require access and subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
Personal Data may also be disclosed to professional advisers, including lawyers, accountants, auditors or insurers, where reasonably necessary for professional advice, compliance, claims or the protection of legal rights.
6.5 Customer-Directed Disclosures
Customer Personal Data may be made available to Account administrators and Authorised Users in accordance with the permissions configured by the Customer.
Where a Customer uses an enabled client-facing sharing function, selected property information may be disclosed to the recipient chosen by that Customer. The Customer remains responsible for verifying the recipient and ensuring that it is legally authorised to make the disclosure.
6.6 Legal Disclosures
Personal Data may be disclosed to a court, regulator, law-enforcement body or other competent authority where required by applicable law, a valid legal process or a binding order.
Where such a request concerns Customer Personal Data, Intech Heritage will notify the relevant Customer before disclosure where legally permitted and will disclose only the information legally required.
Providers processing Customer Personal Data on behalf of Intech Heritage remain subject to the applicable requirements of the Global Data Processing Agreement. A provider acting independently for its own payment, taxation or legal purposes is responsible for its own processing under applicable law.
7. International Processing and Transfers
Personal Data may be transferred to, stored in or accessed from countries other than the country in which the individual or Customer is located. Data protection laws in those countries may differ.
Intech Heritage is established in the United Arab Emirates. Customer Personal Data processed through Unitlogi is hosted primarily through Amazon Web Services in the AWS ap-southeast-2 region in Sydney, Australia.
Intech Heritage and its authorised service providers may also process Personal Data from other locations where reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support or maintain Unitlogi and the public Unitlogi website.
Where applicable law restricts an international transfer, Intech Heritage uses an applicable adequacy decision or another legally recognised transfer mechanism.
For Customer Personal Data, the applicable safeguards are set out in the Global Data Processing Agreement. Where required, these safeguards may include:
a. the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses under Decision (EU) 2021/914, using Module Two for transfers from a controller to a processor;
b. the United Kingdom International Data Transfer Addendum; or
c. the adaptations required under Swiss data protection law.
Cross-region AI inference may be used only for non-personal information or information that has been irreversibly anonymised. Customer Personal Data is not transmitted to Amazon Bedrock for inference.
Individuals may contact Intech Heritage at contact@unitlogi.com to request further information about the safeguards applicable to an international transfer of their Personal Data.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
8.1 General Retention Principles
Intech Heritage retains Personal Data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Global Privacy Policy, including providing and securing Unitlogi, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes and enforcing agreements.
The applicable retention period depends on the nature of the Personal Data, the purpose for which it is processed, the risks associated with retaining it and any applicable legal requirements.
Account, administrative, authentication and Customer Personal Data may be retained while the relevant Account remains active.
Website enquiries, support communications and feedback may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage the relationship and maintain an appropriate record of the communication.
Billing, tax, transaction, security, accounting and legal records may be retained for the period required by applicable law or reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, investigate security incidents or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
8.2 Account Closure Options
When a Unitlogi Account is closed, the Customer may choose between:
a. restricted inactive retention for possible future reactivation; or
b. permanent deletion of the Account and Customer Data.
If the Customer does not make a choice when requested, permanent deletion applies by default.
8.3 Inactive Retention
If the Customer chooses inactive retention, the Account and Customer Data are retained in a restricted inactive state for an initial period of twelve months from Account closure.
During this period, the Account and Customer Data cannot be accessed or used in the ordinary operation of Unitlogi. They may be processed only for secure storage, integrity, backup, legal compliance and possible reactivation.
Intech Heritage will provide at least thirty days’ notice before the inactive-retention period expires. Before expiry, the Customer may reactivate the Account or affirmatively request one additional twelve-month inactive-retention period.
Each additional period requires a new affirmative request. Inactive retention does not renew automatically.
If the Customer does not reactivate the Account or request another retention period before expiry, Intech Heritage will begin the permanent-deletion process.
8.4 Permanent Deletion
If permanent deletion applies, the Account and affected Customer Data become inaccessible for ordinary operational use and remain recoverable for thirty calendar days.
During this recovery period, the Customer may withdraw the deletion request and request reactivation of the Account.
At the end of the thirty-day recovery period, Intech Heritage permanently deletes the affected Customer Data from its active systems. The Account and Customer Data can no longer be restored through Unitlogi.
Irreversible anonymisation will not be used as an alternative to permanent deletion following a valid deletion request. This does not require the deletion of information that was already irreversibly anonymised and can no longer be linked to an individual or Customer.
These timelines do not limit any earlier deletion required by applicable law or any rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.
8.5 Backups and Required Records
Limited copies may remain temporarily:
a. in protected backups until they are overwritten or deleted through the applicable backup cycle;
b. in restricted security or technical logs where necessary to protect Unitlogi or investigate an incident; or
c. in legal, accounting or compliance records where retention is required by law or reasonably necessary for legal claims.
These copies remain protected, are isolated from ordinary operational use and are deleted or put beyond use when the applicable retention requirement or technical cycle ends.
If a backup is restored, Intech Heritage will reapply the relevant deletion and access restrictions. Intech Heritage will also communicate applicable deletion or restriction instructions to authorised service providers or subprocessors where required.
For Customer Personal Data processed by Intech Heritage on behalf of a Customer, retention, return and deletion are also governed by the Global Data Processing Agreement and the Customer’s lawful instructions.
9. Data Security
9.1 Security Measures
Intech Heritage implements and maintains appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of Personal Data.
These measures are selected according to the nature of the processing, the available technology and the relevant security risks. They include, where appropriate:
a. encryption of Customer Personal Data in transit and at rest;
b. authentication through AWS Cognito and multifactor authentication for administrative access to AWS;
c. logical separation between Customer Accounts and between production and staging environments;
d. access restrictions based on operational need and the responsibilities of each authorised person;
e. secure management of credentials, keys and secrets;
f. protected and access-restricted backup and recovery measures;
g. controlled development and deployment processes;
h. processes designed to identify and address material errors, vulnerabilities and security issues; and
i. confidentiality obligations for personnel and contractors authorised to access Personal Data.
Authorised service providers that process Personal Data must also be subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
Intech Heritage may update these measures as Unitlogi, available technology and relevant risks evolve, provided that the overall level of protection is not materially reduced.
9.2 Security Incidents
Intech Heritage maintains a documented procedure for responding to suspected or confirmed security incidents.
Where an incident occurs, Intech Heritage takes reasonable steps to verify, contain, investigate, mitigate and remediate the incident and to restore the secure operation of the affected services.
Intech Heritage will notify affected Customers without undue delay after becoming aware of a confirmed security incident affecting Customer Personal Data. Intech Heritage will also notify affected individuals, regulators or other authorities where required by applicable law.
Information may be provided in stages while the investigation is continuing and additional facts become available.
For Customer Personal Data processed on behalf of a Customer, the Customer normally determines whether its own clients, data subjects or supervisory authority must be notified. Intech Heritage will provide reasonable information and assistance in accordance with the Global Data Processing Agreement.
9.3 Individual Responsibilities
Customers and Authorised Users are responsible for protecting their credentials, using appropriate security measures and notifying Intech Heritage without undue delay if they suspect unauthorised access to or use of their Account.
A suspected security issue may be reported privately to contact@unitlogi.com.
No method of transmission, storage or electronic security is completely secure. The measures described in this section are risk-based protections and do not guarantee that every attack, interruption, error or security incident will be prevented.
10. Privacy Rights
10.1 Rights Available to Individuals
Depending on the applicable data protection law, an individual may have the right to:
a. request confirmation of whether Personal Data concerning them is being processed and obtain access to that Personal Data;
b. request the correction or completion of inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data;
c. request the deletion of Personal Data;
d. request that the processing of Personal Data be restricted;
e. object to certain processing, including processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing;
f. receive certain Personal Data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, or request its transfer to another controller where legally required and technically feasible;
g. withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal;
h. request information about applicable international transfer safeguards;
i. exercise applicable rights concerning solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects; and
j. request a review of a decision not to act on a privacy request, where applicable law provides that right.
These rights are not absolute. A request may be limited or refused where permitted by applicable law, including where necessary to protect another person’s rights, comply with a legal obligation, maintain security or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
A right to receive or transfer Personal Data does not create a general contractual right to export an entire Unitlogi Account, information concerning other individuals, internal technical records, derived information, algorithms or other proprietary elements of Unitlogi.
10.2 Requests Concerning Data Controlled by Intech Heritage
For Personal Data that Intech Heritage processes as an independent Controller, including Account administration, authentication, billing coordination, security, website enquiries and direct communications, a request may be submitted to:
The request should describe the right being exercised and provide enough information to identify the relevant individual and Personal Data.
Intech Heritage may request additional information where reasonably necessary to verify the requester’s identity, authority and relationship with Unitlogi. Information collected for verification will be used only to process and document the request.
Intech Heritage will respond within the period required by applicable law. Requests are normally handled without charge. A reasonable fee may be charged, or a request may be refused, only where permitted by applicable law, including where a request is manifestly unfounded, excessive or repetitive.
10.3 Requests Concerning Customer Personal Data
Where Personal Data was entered into Unitlogi by a broker, agency or another Customer, that Customer normally acts as the Controller and is primarily responsible for responding to the request.
The individual should therefore contact the relevant Customer directly.
If Intech Heritage receives such a request, it will refer the request to the Customer where legally permitted. Intech Heritage will not determine or provide the substantive response unless instructed by the Customer or required by applicable law.
Intech Heritage will provide the Customer with reasonable assistance in accordance with the Global Data Processing Agreement.
10.4 Complaints
An individual may contact Intech Heritage at contact@unitlogi.com with any concern about the processing of their Personal Data.
Where applicable, the individual may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection or privacy authority. Contacting Intech Heritage first does not limit the right to submit a complaint directly to an authority.
11. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The public Unitlogi website is built using Hostinger Website Builder. Based on its current configuration, the website does not use cookies and does not include analytics, advertising, profiling or retargeting integrations.
The Unitlogi application may use cookies, local storage, authentication tokens or similar browser technologies where strictly necessary to:
a. authenticate users and maintain secure sessions;
b. protect Accounts and prevent unauthorised access;
c. remember essential technical settings; and
d. provide requested application functionality.
These technologies are used only where necessary to operate and secure Unitlogi. They are not used to sell Personal Data, create advertising profiles or provide targeted advertising.
Users may delete or block cookies and similar browser storage through their browser or device settings. Blocking technologies that are necessary for authentication or security may prevent certain parts of Unitlogi from functioning correctly.
If Intech Heritage later introduces non-essential analytics, advertising or similar technologies, this Global Privacy Policy will be updated and any consent required by applicable law will be obtained before those technologies are activated.
12. Professional Use and Children
Unitlogi, including the public website and the application, is intended exclusively for business and professional use by independent real estate brokers, real estate agencies and their authorised professional users.
Unitlogi is not intended for personal, family or household use and is not directed to children.
An individual may create an Account, accept the Unitlogi Terms or use the application only if they have reached the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction and have the legal capacity and authority required to do so.
Intech Heritage does not knowingly solicit or collect Personal Data from children for its own purposes.
Customers must not submit or process Personal Data concerning children through Unitlogi unless:
a. Intech Heritage has expressly authorised the relevant category in writing;
b. an appropriate Unitlogi function has been specifically enabled;
c. the required additional safeguards have been agreed; and
d. the Customer has established a valid lawful basis and complied with all applicable requirements concerning children’s data.
No Unitlogi function is currently intended or authorised for the processing of Personal Data concerning children.
If Intech Heritage becomes aware that a child’s Personal Data has been collected or submitted contrary to this section, it will take reasonable steps to restrict or delete the information in accordance with applicable law and its role as Controller or Processor.
For Customer Personal Data, Intech Heritage may refer the matter to the Customer that submitted or controls the information and will provide reasonable assistance under the Global Data Processing Agreement.
A parent, guardian or other concerned person may report the matter to contact@unitlogi.com.
13. Independent Third-Party Services
The Unitlogi website or application may contain links to, or enable access to, websites and services operated independently by third parties.
This may include a payment provider, reseller or Merchant of Record identified during checkout, as well as another external service selected or accessed by the Customer.
When an individual submits Personal Data directly to an independent third party, that third party determines how the Personal Data is processed. Its own privacy notice and terms apply to that processing.
Intech Heritage does not control the independent processing activities of those third parties. Individuals should review the applicable privacy information before submitting Personal Data to them.
This section does not apply to service providers or Subprocessors that process Personal Data on behalf of Intech Heritage. Those providers remain subject to the applicable contractual, confidentiality, security and data protection obligations described in this Global Privacy Policy and the Global Data Processing Agreement.
14. Changes to This Global Privacy Policy
Intech Heritage may update this Global Privacy Policy where reasonably necessary to reflect changes to Unitlogi, the public website, the application, its Personal Data processing practices, service providers, security measures or applicable law.
The date stated at the beginning of this Global Privacy Policy indicates when it was last updated.
Corrections, clarifications, contact-detail updates and other changes that do not materially affect the processing of Personal Data may take effect when the updated policy is published.
Where a change materially affects the purposes of processing, the categories of Personal Data involved, the parties with whom Personal Data is disclosed, the applicable retention arrangements or the rights of individuals, Intech Heritage will provide at least thirty (30) days’ prior notice. Notice may be provided through the Unitlogi application, by email or through a prominent notice on the public website.
A shorter notice period may be used where an earlier change is required by applicable law, necessary to address an urgent security matter or otherwise cannot reasonably be delayed. In such cases, Intech Heritage will provide notice as soon as reasonably practicable.
Where applicable law requires new consent, or where a material change requires affirmative acceptance under the Unitlogi Terms of Service or Global Data Processing Agreement, Intech Heritage will obtain that consent or acceptance before the relevant change applies. Continued use of the public website or application will not be treated as consent where applicable law requires an affirmative choice.
Changes concerning Customer Personal Data processed by Intech Heritage on behalf of a Customer remain subject to the applicable notice, objection and other requirements of the Global Data Processing Agreement.
