Across different conversations, the same pattern kept appearing: valuable information and context were spread across everyday tools and difficult to keep connected.
The Starting Point for Unitlogi
Those observations revealed a problem worth solving and became the starting point for Unitlogi, a dedicated real estate operations workspace for brokers.
Before Unitlogi became a product, it started with conversations. Through LinkedIn and discussions with brokers we knew in Dubai, we recognized a recurring operational challenge in everyday real estate work.
Listening revealed the problem. The next step was turning that insight into a product.

Our work initially centered on software services while we looked for a more focused product direction.

Intech Heritage initially explored a service-based model. As we looked for a more focused direction, the recurring operational challenges described by brokers gave us a concrete problem to solve. We decided to build a dedicated SaaS product for independent real estate brokers and small teams, and Unitlogi began to take shape.
