How does Unitlogi protect my data?

Unitlogi protects your data through Amazon Web Services cloud infrastructure, encryption in transit and at rest, AWS Cognito authentication, logical separation between customer accounts, and protected backup and recovery measures. Access to production data is restricted to authorised technical roles.

How are payments and taxes handled?

Payment card details are handled by our authorised payment provider and are not stored inside Unitlogi. Taxes are calculated at checkout. For Team plans, one agency subscription covers all seats, with prorated billing when seats are added or removed.

Are contact and property imports limited?

Yes. Each user can import up to 50 contacts from Excel or CSV files and up to 20 properties from PDF, Excel or CSV files per month. Contacts and properties added manually do not use the monthly import allowance.

Does Unitlogi sell my data or use it to train AI models?

No. Unitlogi does not sell your data, use identifiable customer data for third-party advertising, or use personal data to train general-purpose or third-party AI models. When an external AI provider is used, programmed controls remove personal data before any information is submitted.

What can other members of my team see?

Agents manage their own contacts and matching, while all team members can view the shared property inventory in read-only mode. Managers can review member activity, contacts, properties, deals and current pipeline stages. Private notes and Intelligent Client Profiles remain private.

Can I cancel at any time and what happens to my data?

Yes. You can cancel your Unitlogi subscription at any time and keep access until the end of your current billing period. After your account closes, you can retain your data for future reactivation or permanently delete it.
